Repairing a jetty access platform is harder than repairing a bridge. Work at sea offers no solid surroundings and increases every difficulty. It is essentail that operators feel safe and secure. We deliver well designed access systems with safety as the principal goal.
We designed our solution to be easy for operatives to use. It gives them full control and keeps them safe.
The multilevel platform lets operatives reach every level of steelwork. Our unique track‑and‑trolley system which consists of high quality aluminium extrusion combined with stainless steel heavy duty bearings that supports smooth movement along the jetty. The heavy aluminium track extrusion ensures operatives can position the system wherever they need it.
A fire‑retardant encapsulation covers the platform and protects workers. It also stops debris from falling into the sea. Our design also cuts installation time in this challenging environment. Jasper Products installed the system in only two days. The modular, clip‑together design enables fast assembly without bolts or drilling. Lightweight, flat‑packed components transport easily and reduce strain on the jetty.
