Creating a safe working environment is our highest priority. Therefore, we design every system around one guiding question: what is the safest working method?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jasper Products recently completed a major GRP access platform installation. The project includes a 240\u2011metre raised walkway made from high\u2011quality Glass Reinforced Plastic. As a result, the system supports the local team with cleaning and maintenance on Southeastern Rail\u2019s rolling stock at Grove Park Depot. Moreover, it strengthens the site\u2019s overall safety and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Safety Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A key feature of the walkway is a series of self\u2011closing gates along its full length. These gates provide direct access to passenger and driver doors at every carriage. Consequently, they ensure smooth, unhindered entry to the train. They also remove the risk of operators falling onto live lines. Furthermore, they reduce human error, including gates left open or barriers not replaced. In addition, they support consistent safety standards across the entire platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manufacture and Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our team manufactured the full access system in Mold, Flintshire. Afterward, we delivered the structure to the site in modular sections. We also engineered each stanchion to suit changing ground levels. As a result, the platform remained flat, even, and secure throughout. Additionally, this approach reduced installation time and improved on\u2011site efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our in\u2011house team completed the installation. Additionally, we finished fabrication on time and installation on schedule. Therefore, the client met their operational start date without delay. This outcome reflects our commitment to reliable project delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
